Our Red Seal guest chef Kellie Callender will be teaching and serving up 4 delicious plant-based courses onsite at Melange restaurant. Kellie will “shop” the Nanaimo Market and bring his findings to the class. The focus will be on creativity, healthy eating and handy techniques you can replicate at home. He will also demo how to garnish plates like a chef!!
Kellie loves working with plant-based foods and shows his incredible talent in the small plate offerings at Melange. His food tours through Japan, Spain, France and China are reflected in the culinary variety of this shining gastronomic star.
Event Fee: $75.00 plus taxes per participant
