Spring Break Art Camps

Artist-led Spring Break Art Camps inspire kids to experiment, create, learn and share. Visit or call 250.754.1750 to register.

What Does it Mean to Live on an Island?

With this question in mind we will explore ideas, experiment, learn and create using traditional and contemporary approaches to sculpture, painting, video, and photography.

Week One | March 20-24
Kids will explore Landfall and Departure: Prologue and become inspired by stories and ideas about harbours—both real and imagined.

Ages 5-7 | 9:30am - 12:00pm
Ages 8-12 | 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Week Two | March 27-31
Kids will explore radio, sound art and broadcasting. Instructors include Kaylea Reeves, Yvonne Vander Kooi and Arlene Deptuck, who will make these camps super-fun and memorable.

Admission is by donation for all of our spring break programming. Children must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times.

Body Talk Spring Break Workshop

Spring Break Dance Workshops For Everyone at VIBE Studio! B-boy/girl and lyrical modern dance with OURO Collective (Vancouver). Participants and artists perform together on April 2nd at the Port Theatre.
